Sanzio, but also an essential lifetime point of reference in his artistic life.

afternoons"
are
the right thing for you!
Here youŽll
learn about many of the typical products of the Marche region, and of course you prepare and cook some of our specialties.
You can book these lessons with a minimum of
2 persons, max. with 6 persons.
The costs are 95,00 Euro's per person, incl. all
ingredients, apron, a file with recipe's, 1 bottle of 'Cartoceto DOP' olive oil and drinks.

Together with an authorised and experienced truffle
seeker, you go into the forests to search for truffles. While the truffle seeker is explaining you everything about
the truffles, his trained dog 'Toby' is searching the places where are hidden the truffles.
This is a 2 hour walk and can be booked over the
whole year. Le Marche is the only region in the world where you can find (different species of) truffles throughout
the year .
With a miminum of 5 participants the trekking will
take place and costs are 15.00 Euro (Ł 11) per person.
After the trekking you have the possibility to
visit the famous grottos where matures the famous 'formaggio di fossa' cheese.

Villa Cartoceto organises for their guest visits to the farms and to get explained how it works.

Sailing, windsurfing and beach volleyball are possible along the entire coastline
as well as fishing and kayaking at Cagli on the Metauro river or at the Furlo Gorge.
Races, marathons and walking competitions are held allover the year.
