Terms and conditions:
Reservations:
A reservation can only be guaranteed, after that the total amount has been transferred to our bank account within 10
days before the arrival date.
For bookings and reservations made within 10 days before the scheduled arrival date, the total amount of the price has
to be transferred to our bank account latest at the day of arrival.
We only accept cash.
Cancellation:
The Italian Hotel contract Terms are valid (FAIAT).
Cancellations of bookings and/or reservations will be charged with 100% of the calculated amount for the booked/reserved
period of stay (less 20% for saving of breakfast), in the case that the rooms can not be rerented. Villa Cartoceto has to
furnish proof of this case.
Prematured departure will be charged with 100% of the regular amount.
Arrival and departure:
Check in is possible as of 04:00p.m. on the arrival date and check out until 01:00p.m. of the departure day.
Pets:
Dogs are allowed
Law and place of fulfilment:
Place of fulfilment is the legal seat of Villa Cartoceto.
Italian law is valid.
